Carib Basin Food Sales, Inc. was founded in 1993 by Jim Mancuso, who is widely known in the industry. Our front office coordinator Kristie Belusar focuses on customer service: order entry, order tracking, customs clearances, transshipping. Everything is done in house, assuring the manufactures and the customers have a satisfying buying experience. Hank Tragash is our cruise line specialist, handling all cruise line business and export business.
Carib Basin is centrally located at Naples, FL to service not only the Florida Hotel-Restaurant-Institutional (H-R-I) business, but also to service the retail, cruise, and export business. Miami continues to be a regional hub for these industries. We service all of the broad line, Italian, Latin distributors, premium meat purveyors, and independent ship chandlers. On the retail side of the business, we ship direct and to DSD Houses who service the large and small retail stores, both here and off-shore.
